• Transaction Data: Details regarding products sold, order totals, and payment methods (e.g., Cash, QRIS, Debit). We do not store full credit card numbers or process external payments directly within the app.
• Inventory Data: Product names, pricing, and stock levels.

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process: We use the information you provide to manage your account.
• To manage user orders: We use your information to fulfill and manage orders, payments, and refunds made through the App.
• To synchronize data: We use cloud infrastructure (Supabase) to securely synchronize your POS data across devices.

4. Device Permissions (Prominent Disclosure)

Our App requires specific permissions to function correctly:

• Bluetooth & Location: We require access to Bluetooth and Location permissions solely to scan for, discover, and connect to external Bluetooth Thermal Printers for receipt printing. We do not track your physical location or share location data with any third parties.

5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information (such as using Secure Keystores for session tokens). While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
